How long will we take to process your order?

Orders placed before 12pm will be processed the same day ( Monday - Friday ) subject to payment having been cleared.

Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day

Orders placed on a Friday after 12pm or on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday

Please allow up to 10 days for unforeseen circumstances.

99% of our deliveries arrive within the estimated delivery timescale but sometimes our delivery partners can have delays.

During busy periods like Black Friday week or leading up to Christmas Royal Mail & UPS may experience delays.

We will always endeavour to dispatch your goods on time.

Brexit Update 

Playerz will cover the duty & VAT on orders shipped to countries within the European Union. This means you will pay zero additional charges, the price you see at the checkout is the price you will pay.

Returns

- Return labels are not currently available in your location 

- Please complete the returns form in full and send your order back to us via your selected method.

- Returns will be processed within 7 days of receipt

USA & Canada 🇺🇸 🇨🇦

Buyers from the US & Canada can shop TAX FREE on our website. But you will be responsible to pay any import duty fee's & Tax when the goods arrive in your country.

Unfortunately, due to recent changes, we are currently unable to ship to the USA.

For Canada the tax free allowance is $20
