Items can be returned in their original condition within 30 days of receipt
Please enclose the invoice sent with your order in your return.
We do not offer exchanges. We can only issue a refund for the order.
If you require a different size/colour please re order, this will get the new product to you faster.
Refunds will be issued within 72 working hours if items are returned in their original unworn condition with labels attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, scented, worn or altered will not be accepted and could be sent back to you. Sale items, mouth guards & groin guards are exempt from our returns policy & will not be refunded.
You may use the pre-paid return label enclosed with your order to send back items for a refund, the cost of the label is £5.49 which will be deducted from your refund.
If using our pre-paid return label simply take your package to a post office, remember to keep proof of postage receipt. If returning without the label please keep your proof of postage.
If using our return label, you can track your return on the royal mail website using the tracking code on your receipt.
Your Free label is only valid for 30 days.
If the label is used after the 30 day period a charge of £6.00 will be deducted from your refund plus a 5% restocking fee.
If you send part or used goods back to us we will not issue a refund and will charge a postage fee to send them back to you.
If your order is returned back to us because delivery has been refused or you have supplied an incorrect shipping address the item(s) will be refunded minus the original delivery charge.
Shipping Insurance Policy
We offer optional Shipping Insurance at checkout to protect your order while it is in transit.
What Does Shipping Insurance Cover?
If Shipping Insurance is purchased, your order is fully insured for the total value of the items.
If your order is confirmed as lost or arrives damaged, we will issue a full refund for the affected item(s).
We do not send replacement orders under this policy.
When Can a Refund Be Issued?
To allow for unforeseen delivery delays, customers must wait 10 working days after the stated delivery date before a refund can be issued.
This waiting period applies to all insured shipping claims.
What Is Not Covered?
Shipping Insurance does not cover:
- Delivery delays where the parcel is still in transit
- Orders marked as delivered by the courier to the correct address
- Issues caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout
- Parcels delivered to a nominated safe place or neighbour (if selected by the customer)
How to Make a Claim
To submit a Shipping Insurance claim, please contact our customer service team with your order number and any relevant details. Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued in line with this policy.
